CMC is divided into detergent, food additive and toothpaste ,which mainly distinguish purity and degree of substitution.

Food grade CMC can be divided into two categories: ordinary and acid-resistant. Ordinary type numbers are FH6 and FH6, and acid-resistant CMC models are FM9, FFH9 and FH9, etc. For CMC ,the mainly distinguish purity and degree of substitution.
